Our client, a car dealership, launched a new digital campaign and needed a way to gauge the effectiveness this campaign on customer visits to their dealership. They also hoped the campaign would boost the number of web-based appointments made. To track this, we used two local digital campaign strategies.
Solution
Our client wanted to increase the store visits over a year. Launch Media used two strategies: GPS Retargeting and Geo-targeting. We focused on increasing website visits, appointments, and in-store visits. Our first strategy retargeted geographic areas to increase visits to and appointments made on their website and second, we geo-targeted visitors of other competitor dealerships.
