About Launch Media

A Minnesota company that puts you on TV.

Launch Media is a Connected TV company in Hamel, Minnesota, helping businesses grow since 2016. We plan the buy, produce your commercial and run it on the streaming services your customers watch. Then we build the website, search and AI receptionist that help turn those views into calls.

Who we are

The TV is half the job.

Launch Media started in 2016 as a hands-on shop for local advertisers, and it still works like one. What changed is where we start. Connected TV, the commercials that run inside Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, Peacock, Tubi and the other streaming services, puts a business on the biggest screen in the house.

A local business does not need 80 million households. It needs the right 40,000 in its trade area, seeing the commercial often enough for it to stick. So we aim at Minneapolis-St. Paul, Rochester, Duluth or the zip codes around you, and we buy the ad space ourselves.

Then comes the other half. When the commercial lands, people look you up, and branded search usually starts moving in the second month. If the website is slow, the Google listing is thin or nobody picks up, the job goes to someone else. So we build that half too: the website, search, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, social and an AI receptionist that answers calls and texts around the clock.

What we do, start to finish

From a script to a ringing phone.

It starts with a script and a camera. We write the commercial with you and our production partner films it. The six steps here are everything that happens next.
  1. Plan the buy

We choose the market, the households and the streaming services, and you get a live plan in days. A single-market test usually runs $2,500 to $5,000 a month in media.

  2. Make the commercial

We write it with you. AI helps draft the first concepts and scripts, people approve every one, and our production partner films it. A commercial you already have can run too.

  3. Put it on their TV

Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN, Paramount+, Peacock, The Roku Channel, Tubi, Pluto and YouTube on TV, plus podcasts and streaming radio. We buy the ad space on these services. We do not own them, and nobody honest says otherwise.

  4. Be there when they search

The website, SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and social catch the people who look you up. On search campaigns an AI analyst reviews the numbers every day and proposes changes, and a person approves each one.

  5. Answer the phone

An AI receptionist picks up calls and texts around the clock, so a lead at 9 p.m. does not wait until morning. Ours is Krista, on (651) 615-8042, 24 hours a day. Call it and see.

  6. Report in plain English

Once a month you get a plain-English report. Month one is delivery and frequency. Month two is when branded search and direct traffic usually start moving. Month three is when lift is fair to talk about, if measurement is set up.

How we work

Things we won’t do.

Connected TV is easy to oversell. These are the lines we hold, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

  • Promise you a number.

By month three, lift in site or store activity is often 10 to 25% against your baseline, if measurement is set up. Often is not always, so you get the range and never a guarantee.

  • Judge leads in month one.

The first month builds delivery and frequency toward a few exposures per household. Calling the test before that tells you nothing.

  • Sell you a two-week flight.

Connected TV needs a runway. Too short or too small, and you never build enough frequency to judge anything.

  • Hide a bad number.

Completion on real CTV inventory runs 90 to 98%. Under about 90 means something is wrong with the supply or the file, and the report says so.

  • Borrow someone else's results.

Another company's case study is their result, not ours, and our own past results are not a forecast for yours. We plan with ranges and say when a number is an estimate.
