Launch Media (“Launch Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital advertising agency based in Hamel, Minnesota. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us for advertising and marketing services. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email address, phone number and any details you include in a project inquiry or message. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and how you interact with our content.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, prepare proposals, communicate about projects, operate and secure our website, and comply with legal obligations. If you are a client, we also use information to plan, run and report on your advertising campaigns.

Cookies & analytics

Our public marketing pages use Google Analytics to measure traffic and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our Meta ads lead to enquiries. These tools set cookies and receive details such as the page you viewed, your browser and device, and an approximate location from your IP address. When you send us a form, we tell them only that a form was sent and which one — never your name, email or phone number.

We do not use these tools on the signed-in client dashboard or the sign-in pages. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel at all, and we treat the signal as a request to opt out of any sharing of your information for advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising & third-party partners

As a digital advertising agency, we work with advertising platforms, data providers and measurement partners to plan, deliver and attribute campaigns on behalf of our clients. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies. We require our partners to handle data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, email and analytics vendors), with advertising and measurement partners as needed to deliver client campaigns, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. All such parties are expected to protect your information.

AI features on this site

Several parts of our site and phone line use artificial intelligence. We want you to know that before you use them:

• Website chat. Messages you type in the chat are sent to an AI model provider (currently Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter) to write a reply. The chat tells you it is an AI and can be wrong. If you ask to be contacted, we keep the details you give us as an enquiry.
• Phone and text assistant. Calls and texts to our published numbers may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls are transcribed as they happen by our voice provider and the AI and speech services it uses (including Vapi, Deepgram, OpenAI and ElevenLabs), and we keep the transcript and any details you give so we can follow up. We do not keep audio recordings of calls. Ask the assistant at any time whether you are talking to a person and it will tell you.
• House visualizer. A photo you add is sent to an AI image service (Google’s models, reached through OpenRouter) to create the preview, and checked by a second AI model. We do not keep the photo or the preview unless you ask us for a quote. Please only use a photo you took or have permission to use.
• Free website audit. When you ask for an audit we visit the website address you give us with an automated browser and keep the results, together with the contact details you provide, so we can send and discuss the report.

These providers process the information on our behalf to deliver the feature. We do not sell it, and we do not allow them to use it to advertise to you.

Text messages (SMS)

Where you tick the box asking to receive text messages, we collect the mobile number you provide and a record of the consent itself — the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, and the page it was given on. The tick box is never pre-selected, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only so that it can be delivered.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out stops the messages and does not affect anything else we are doing for you. You can also email us and we will remove your number.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries, audit results, transcripts and text conversations for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or any sharing of it. To make a request, email us at info@wearelaunchmedia.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm it is you before acting, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
